Sixth Ward Elementary School Fifth Grade Supply Pack 2022-23 School Year

The following school supplies will be included in this packet:

1          Crayola Colored Pencils (12 Count)

1          Crayola Washable Markers, Classic, Broad Tip (8 Count)

1          Elmer's School Glue Stick, Large (0.77 oz.)

1          Roll of Paper Towels

1          Kleenex Facial Tissues (100 sheets)

3          Avery Hi-Liter, Yellow, Chisel Tip

3          Ticonderoga Pencils, #2 Sharpened (12 pack)

1          Avery 1.5” Durable View 3-Ring Binder, White

1          Mead Loose Leaf Paper WR (200 count)

1          Pencil Box, Plastic, 5” x 8”, Large Lid

 Local Pick Up: orders are currently being accepted and will be available for pick up at our location (3701 Hwy 59 in Mandeville) beginning July 13th. 

Home Delivery: For your convenience, orders can be delivered to a home address for a $12 delivery fee added at checkout. Supply packs will be delivered between July 12th and Aug 4th.  

2022-23 School Supply Packs are nonrefundable.
